What personal data do we collect and what do we use it for?
FREO, in order to be able to provide its services, receives and processes data collected directly from the user through the contact form or when sending emails.
The user accepts the processing of its data with the following purposes:
- Data provided through the contact form: manage and respond requests for information, queries, complaints or any other request made by the user.
- Sending commercial communications: In the event that the user gives his/her express consent to do so, by ticking the box provided, send commercial communications on the products and services of FREO Group, by electronic and/or conventional means.

What is the legal basis for the processing?
The basis for the processing of the data is the express consent given by the user when checking the acceptance box to send a request for information, consultation, complaint or any other type of request; or to receive commercial communications.
The fields in the contact form are considered mandatory fields to manage the form’s object. Should you decide not to complete said fields, we will not be able to address your request.
The consents given for the mentioned purposes are independent so the user may withdraw any of them, not affecting the others, at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to withdrawal.

Your personal data will be stored as long as they will be necessary for the mentioned pursposes and as long as the data subject does not object to the processing or request its deletion.

What rights does the user have?
